Derek is a great realtor and a wonderful person, very open and honest about the process of selling property. He assisted me in selling my parent's house after my father passed away. I had house repairs that needed to be performed prior to any sale and he helped me find roofers, electricians and house cleaners. When we had issues with the septic tank inspection, he arranged for a company who had previously cleaned out the tank to return and certify the system. Communications were often and very knowledgeable and helpful. He visited to house regularly to check on repair progress and notified me of any problems he found. His pricing recommendation for the house was spot on and I had an offer the week it went on sale for the full amount. Derek was a pleasure to work with and if I ever have any property to sell in the future, I will use him as my realtor. I cannot imagine any higher praise than that.
