The home buying experience started out in reverse. It was with someone who did Realty as a side hobby and disinterested me in wanting to get a home at this time. I read over 15 reviews of the top Realtors in the Sacramento region and chose Carmen. She is the most down to earth, determined and confident person I've met since the service. She was very patient, knowledgeable and foreseeing of obstacles. I bought my home on the G.I. bill and her knowledge was very helpful in making the choice I did. We're still moving into the home but I couldn't be more happy with the purchase. Lots of changes are to come but this journey started with a great guide. I hope in the future our path crosses again and she's the person who can lead me to another journey.

She provides advice up front about prepping the house for sale, and devotes a lot of time staging the house and making sure to get the best photographs possible for the MLS listing. She bends over backward to accommodate the homeowner's schedule, and follows through to make sure the process moves smoothly with buyers' agents, as well as the lender and escrow agents. She is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and very professional, but she also very personable. She puts the homeowner at ease in what could otherwise be a very stressful and overwhelming experience.
