The home buying experience started out in reverse. It was with someone who did Realty as a side hobby and disinterested me in wanting to get a home at this time. I read over 15 reviews of the top Realtors in the Sacramento region and chose Carmen. She is the most down to earth, determined and confident person I've met since the service. She was very patient, knowledgeable and foreseeing of obstacles. I bought my home on the G.I. bill and her knowledge was very helpful in making the choice I did. We're still moving into the home but I couldn't be more happy with the purchase. Lots of changes are to come but this journey started with a great guide. I hope in the future our path crosses again and she's the person who can lead me to another journey.
