We have worked with Brian with 6 years now... he is always very responsive and accommodating to our schedule and truly has our best interest in mind throughout the entire process. We saw countless homes over the last 6 months, and are not the easiest pair to please (lol), however Brian always made sure to let it be known that his main goal was to get us into a home that was right for us. Brian never let us "over offer" and is honest about pricing, and what moves he think would be best for our current situation. He gives us advice whenever we ask, and has helped us find a new home that met the criteria to allow us to keep and rent out our current home which was a huge win for us in our search! He also went above and beyond to help us receive $ back after a roof inspection to fix the issues observed and lighten our load of move-in fixes! When you work with Brian, you realize that the process of finding a home becomes so personal, and you really get to know your realtor and to work with Brian feels like working with a member of the family. He truly cares about his clients above all else, and we have been so lucky to get to work alongside him for our last 2 homes!!

Brian was able to use a broad set of advertisement capabilities to find the right set of buyers quickly. Very professional, had contacts to get the home in tip top shape! He assisted through a trying time to assist with finding resolution between all parties involved including an ex spouse who he also helped identify appropriate living solutions.

It was my first time buying a home and what a special experience going through this process with her by my side. So knowledgeable, and resourceful-if she doesn't have the answer, she will know someone who does. She's so caring and genuine, but don't let that fool you into thinking she's not a fighter! She works hard to get her clients what they deserve, and has the charisma and charm to rally everyone around her. Janet has now helped me both buy and sell my home and I can easily say she is the most patient and understanding realtor. She will answer any and all questions and she does it in record timing.
