Working with Marguerite was a wonderful experience. She helped us through the touring process well, but she really shined once we started putting in an offer and dealing with paperwork. She was patient with my many detailed questions, and was willing to explain everything to me in a way I could understand. She worked around my availability for these calls, which with two kids wasn't standard business hours. Highly recommended!
