She is professional, proactive, quick to respond, honest, thoughtful, and always ready to jump on board for an open house or to schedule a showing. She goes above and beyond what any agent has done for us in the past. She made me feel like no question was too silly or not worth getting the answer to. Buying a home and moving can be a very stressful experience, but Lori took a load of stress off and made the whole process a joy. From providing us with moving boxes and packing tape to the extremely thoughtful housewarming gifts that were in our new home when we got our keys, Lori went over the top in every way. I would use her again in a heartbeat and I highly, highly recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor.
