We met Janet in 2022 while casually checking out open houses in the Roseville-Citrus Heights-Fair Oaks area. We were selling a small condo in the SF area and considering relocation, looking for more room, including a yard, pool, and an outbuilding. Janet ushered us through many properties, always honestly observing both the assets and drawbacks. Once we were ready to buy, we found the perfect place for us - a beautiful craftsman home that checked all the boxes. There were multiple offers and Janet used her substantial knowledge and experience with the market (and magic?) to help us craft the successful offer. She supported us throughout the process - always responsive, always with valuable insight and advice. We received multiple offers. When the first offer fell through, she was right there contacting the agents of the other offers to redo the process. She stayed on top of it all through close and helped out when we had a hiccup with our credit union receiving part of our payout. Janet has truly found her calling. She is a consummate professional, providing excellent counsel in both the process to purchase and the process to sell a property.
