Timeline: Beginning of January to Early February. From the get go there was great interest with the input of Brooke. We priced it right and the fish came. In 1 month we got the bites and and hooked a keeper. She's a great communicator and has good insite. We worked well together and in the end, all went well and everybody is satisfied. Nikki blew us out of the water! We sold our current house/ bought a new one in different counties and we were blown away by how hard Nikki worked to get both houses closed in the same week. She went out of her way to make the process as easy as possible on us as we got married in the middle of our escrow, and even closed both properties before our honeymoon (under 40 day escrow on both!).
