Brooke found a property for us that exceeded our expectations. She helped us through the escrow process and quickly responded to our emails and phone calls. When a problem came up with the Title Report at the end of escrow, she effectively fixed the issue quickly. She was a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend Brooke for your real estate needs.

Timeline: Beginning of January to Early February. From the get go there was great interest with the input of Brooke. We priced it right and the fish came. In 1 month we got the bites and and hooked a keeper. She's a great communicator and has good insite. We worked well together and in the end, all went well and everybody is satisfied. She also goes the extra mile to make it happen timely. I Highly recommend her!

Overwhelming to say the least, Brooke helped me from step A thru step Z, where I heavily relied on her experience and expertise. She seemed to always know what I needed and was ready to answer all my question. Often with very little notice showing me homes, she was insightful about what to look for. She was on top of communication with others and myself, always able to tell me what I needed, and help me understand what was needed from me. I was impressed with her knowledge and expertise, she was sharp, kind and effective, I found she was the perfect real estate agent and I think she will be for a lot of other buyers and sellers.

And while Brooke was the ultimate professional the best bonus was that we liked her personally as well. We never doubted that she worked for us first. She was honest, highly ethical, thoughtful, even keeled, generous and never got short or testy when we might get a little emotional or cranky :-) After all, we're NOT realtors and sometimes things would make us testy.
