Very knowledgeable about vacant land market in the area. We compared comps and specific differences with my land and others that have sold and listed before establishing a list price.2. My vacant land needed a perc test and she advised me the lot has limited space to build with septic taking away area so price was adjusted accordingly.3. A neighbor said the site had a sink hole and could not be built on. This was false but Danielle checked with the county and other knowledgeable people to confirm lot was okay to build.3.
