Cindy was so patient and knowledgeable!

As first-time sellers we wanted a realtor that we could trust and that would help us navigate all the details required in the sale. We were beyond blessed by Kortney Williams and her team. She patiently answered all our questions in a way that was easy to understand and always let us know in advance what the next step was. Kortney listened to our desires for our home that we never thought we would have to sell, and her compassion was truly amazing. She was professional with a personal touch. Not once did she lose sight of our outcomes. Her team videoed our place so beautifully and her marketing so sound we received multiple offers immediately. She provided sound guidance and kept the process smooth when the buyer’s team were creating problems. In just 34 days from on the market to close our home was sold well over asking price. Whether you are selling or buying, large or small, we highly recommend Kortney Williams.

This was the second time working with Melissa. She is a joy to work with, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend choosing Melissa anytime.
