Debi Ambroff

This is now my fourth transaction with Debi, and I keep going back to her because she is fantastic at what she does! She knows how to get a house sold quickly and for the maximum price possible. She provides advice up front about prepping the house for sale, and devotes a lot of time staging the house and making sure to get the best photographs possible for the MLS listing. She bends over backward to accommodate the homeowner's schedule, and follows through to make sure the process moves smoothly with buyers' agents, as well as the lender and escrow agents. She is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and very professional, but she also very personable. She puts the homeowner at ease in what could otherwise be a very stressful and overwhelming experience.

Debi is an exceptional individual. She puts her knowledge and experience to work, making it look so easy. She builds trust immediately, using her professionalism and honesty. My real estate experiences with other Realtors don't compare with Debi. She's in a class by herself.
