I think I made everything as difficult for Kristy as I could; out of town buyer, working on a tight schedule and tighter budget, and no clear idea of what I wanted beyond "I need a house". She was helpful and patient in narrowing down my needs, helped me find an appropriate part of town, and worked hard to schedule lots of showings when I was in town.
