I got okay service. Nikki never answered the phone. She seems almost too busy. She told me several price points for my house to sell at. Finally she didn't eve represent me at the closing(if agents still do that). She would answer texts, but not within an hour. I really felt kind of second rate.

We felt Nicki very much cared about us. She was quick to return calls or emails, She was accomadating and patient with our many questions. She was helpful with recommendations when additional services were needed and always had our best interests in mind.

This was a challenging sale and I'm glad I had Brian to help guide me trough rough waters. He stayed perseistant and found the right buyer. His knowledge of how to handle VA assumptions should have been beneficial if only other Omaha realtors were as professional. Truly the lack of professionalism with other realtors is shameful. If you want a true Pro, trust Brian.
