Was patient kind and new way more about buying a house and potential fixing up then I did. Was great at negotiating and no problems with my market area. Was an amazing person to work with. I loved his app to keep me and him on track of everything it was less stress on me that I could watch the progression without constant phone call updates.

Brian helped us through a lengthy process of ups and downs. He continuously walked us through some hardships and worked hard to find me a home that I could call my own.

His knowledge of how to handle VA assumptions should have been beneficial if only other Omaha realtors were as professional. Truly the lack of professionalism with other realtors is shameful.
