As we sit here in our new place that feels like home, we are truly grateful for having Cyanda to guide us here. She was very professional and knowledgeable, while understanding of our needs/wants in a house. She had great foresight for how the market was shifting, knew the best neighborhoods that were nice, sustainable and in our range, and could find things with a house that only an inspector would find which helped us a lot in making decisions. It was an easy process for us, even with how the market has been, and a lot of that ease was because Cyanda really made sure we got a good deal. Cyanda (Cy) was amazing to work with. We moved from the midwest and didn't know a thing about where to start looking in the Denver area. We have kids and it was important to be close to schools. Cy did more than open a door and hang out on her phone while we poked around like most agents do... she was engaged and always looking to ensure there weren't issues with the homes (structural, water damage, etc) and asking questions to things we wouldn't have thought of ourselves.
