Anne listed our home and we had a contract in 2 days. While it makes the process sound easy, it was not! There was an incredible amount of hard work and energy put into the process by Anne. She worked hard to determine the price on the home to maximize our sale price in a market and location where our property was unique- excellent condition, upscale renovations and great location.
