Anne helped the reviewer sell this property

Anne listed our home and we had a contract in 2 days. While it makes the process sound easy, it was not! There was an incredible amount of hard work and energy put into the process by Anne. She worked hard to determine the price on the home to maximize our sale price in a market and location where our property was unique- excellent condition, upscale renovations and great location. Other properties listed had the location but no renovations and the condition was definitely not considered "move in ready". Anne worked with us to get our home in tip-top show ready - including adding a coming soon to our Long and Foster sign. We then went room to room and stage our home. After all of that work was done, Anne made sure the listing reflected the quality of the home and that we were ready to go to market - both critical points to getting the right buyer to submit a contract. Anne represented us on the purchase of our new home as well. She did a great job on the purchase also - ensuring that we had an amazing inspector to walk through the house and identify issues ahead of our contract process so we could walk in with a clean contract and no contingencies- a key item in a competitive market! Anne is super professional and knows how to maneuver to ensure success within markets and transactions that are challenging. Anne's personal attention to details throughout the process allowed us to settle ahead of targeted date and allowed us to move our closing up on our new home. She was the reason we were able to get the home we purchased in a field of three other buyers. She truly knows the real estate business and was amazing to work with on both our home sale and our home purchase!
