We worked with Ben on our first house purchase, based on a recommendation from a friend. Working with Ben was great--quick, responsive, and knowledgeable of the neighborhoods we were interested in. And when we went to sell the house years later, we went straight back to Ben. Helped us negotiate an uncertain market to get us a great deal. If we ever go to move again, we will definitely be giving Ben a call.

Julia was my realtor to buy my unit in 2011, and was the first person I turned to to sell it now. Her knowledge of the market, ability to find out information, links with quality contractors for pre-market work, and communication is excellent and she and is all around wonderful.
