As a first-time homebuyer, you'll want an experienced, knowledgeable, professional, punctual, and responsive realtor with patience. Michael Gray embodies these qualities and more. Honestly, I don't know how I would have completed this purchase without him. Imagine making the biggest purchase of your life, having taken first-time homebuyer courses, yet still feeling overwhelmed. Enter Michael, who brought calm and clarity to the process. His presence and mannerism were reassuring, and I gained so much knowledge from him. He taught me things that helped me buy my home debt-free. My estate purchase was unique—the seller passed away before closing. Michael did everything in his power to ensure I secured the home I loved, all while reminding me to "stay medium," a phrase he often used to keep me grounded. After several months, a personal representative was appointed for the estate, and I was able to close on my beautiful home in the perfect location with a large yard, which was very important to me. Michael pays attention to every detail and makes each client feel like they are his top priority. He is well-versed in grants that can save you time and money. He answered over five hundred of my questions and phone calls, always responsive, even if he missed a call, he would promptly text back with his famous "Call you in 5 mins." I highly recommend him! For clarity, my name is Glendella Boone apparently Google continues to post my daughter name.

Michael Gray was very knowledgeable in the business of real estate, his communication with me was also to inform me step by step what the process was going to be and keep me in the loop about everything that was happening and what would be expected next.
