To make a long story short, the owner and his family did not recieve anything for the property. It took over a year for it to sell considering the circumstances. Bonnie is a great realtor, I just think that its all about a realtors gain, I say that because the client was promised a reimbursement fee but was hasseled and paid a lesser amount. I didn't appreciate that at all. Just glad it's over.

Bonnie was a pleasure to work with and went ABOVE and BEYOND every step of the way. I could not have asked for a better agent to work with. You can tell she really cares about the people she works with and is passionate about helping them have the best experience possible when buying or selling their home.
