Tanya is a truly incredible advocate for her clients. When I needed to buy a home sight-unseen in the unbelievably competitive DC market, Tanya was the ideal agent for the job. She tirelessly visited property after property, taking extremely high-quality videos and notes that clearly helped me understand the pros and cons of each listing. As a buyer who was new to this market, I got cold feet more than once — but Tanya was always there to talk me through the emotional roller coaster and help me be sure I was making the right decision. When my partner and I finally identified the perfect home, Tanya went above and beyond by masterfully engineering a successful bid on the upcoming listing. Her flawless communication style and immediate availability (When does she sleep?!?) made us feel fully informed and up to date throughout the entire process. She even went the extra mile after closing, helping to coordinate changing the locks on our unit and Fedexing the keys to a relative! Tanya has a wonderful ability to put arcane concepts into clear context for non-experts, and her dogged determination means that having her on your side spells a virtual guarantee for success. Count me as yet another 100%-satisfied client who gives Tanya my very highest recommendation. P.S. If I could, I would hire Tanya as a life coach. She is such an amazing person!
