I have never met anyone like Marybeth! I mean this in a great way. Not only does she truly know the business of selling houses, she becomes your friend. She looks out for YOU! She not only sold our house for asking price, she listened to our needs and found us the perfect new house! Thank you so much MBA! You are the best.

We recently bought our new home and couldn’t be more grateful to have worked with Greg as our real estate agent. From start to finish, he was incredibly attentive, taking the time to truly understand what we needed in a home—and making sure we stayed focused on finding the right fit. Greg was especially thorough in his explanations, helping us understand important aspects of each home we considered and making sure we felt confident in our decisions. When we found the one, there was interest from other buyers, and Greg guided us through with strategy and care, helping us make a strong and sellable offer. He never rushed us, always welcomed questions, and clearly had our best interests at heart. Thanks to Greg, we found a home that truly meets our needs, and we felt supported every step of the way. We highly recommend Greg to anyone looking to buy a home—you’ll be in excellent hands!
