This has been a long process on our end. Julie has been more then helpful to get us to this point of selling of the house. We had to deal with contractors for the first time. Her advice was spot on to get the house on the market. Great part was the offers... she spend time and put in a spread sheet highlighting each offer... made it very easy to make the decision. We got right in on the downturn of the market. This was the third house she was our agent for in a year plus time. Thank you all for getting us to this point.

When my son needed to sell his house but had another house, he got behind in first mortgage. Without Mary Beth he would have lost everything. She worked tirelessly ,got the house sold and got him on the right path.
