Carley is the best. She sold a house in our neighborhood about a month before we started looking for agents so we gave her a call, and boy was it worth it ! She walked us through the entire process as first time sellers, answered all our questions and gave us a very clear picture of what to expect. Our timeline changed a few times and she was great with scheduling/rescheduling things to fit our needs. One major thing that stood out to us was her ability to get the house ready for market. A quick text and she has a quote for painting, for any minor repairs we needed, and even staging. Having an agent with a solid understanding of the local market and the people to make those improvements helped tremendously. From our first meeting until our listing day we felt confident she had a well thought out plan of how to sell our house.
