We had a great experience working with Karen Burke. She knew the market, understood what we were looking for and helped us to find a home that met our needs in the area we wanted to live. She always made herself available to accommodate our schedule, in addition to offering to preview homes on our behalf. Karen had wealth of resources that helped us to evaluate our purchase including inspectors, general and specialty contractors. She attended all inspections and contractor appointments which was very helpful. We truly valued her expertise during this process and highly recommend Karen for your Real Estate needs.
Jim is the most ethical, responsible, and helpful agent I have ever seen. He was also extremely kind and went out of his way to help me when I had my kidney transplant prior to and during the listing.
