One example we give please when we needed to see an old permit for information about the property we were purchasing. This required him to file a freedom of information request with the county. He spent the next month doggedly and persistently dealing with the xounty until they provided a copy. If anybody has ever dealt with the county you'll know just how difficult this was and Marcus came through for us. We'd recommend Marcus to anyone looking for realator without hesitation.
