I cannot recommend Robin more highly. My father passed away and I needed to sell his house in Lewes, Delaware. I had never sold a house before and had no idea how to go about it. I was planning on randomly calling a few realtors in the area and using one of them. However, in the mail at the house was a note from Robin, who it turns out had been the real estate agent years ago when my mom and dad bought the house. It was just a nice note checking up on my father because she had heard about the passing of my mom. I decided to give Robin a call, and I’m glad I did. Robin is very proactive and pleasant to work with. With me being out of state, I did not have any good contacts in terms of painters, electricians, cleaners, etc. Robin seems to know everyone in the real estate business - she has a network of people that she has worked with before and trusts to do a good job. For any work that we needed done, Robin called them directly and arranged everything. I can’t stress enough how helpful this was for me, since I don’t live in the area. Throughout the whole process, Robin was a calming presence who got out in front of any issues. Her performance was superb. You won’t find a better, more knowledgeable, and professional real estate agent.

Pat is really terrific! I was no longer living in the area, and Pat did a lot of the on the ground legwork needed to sell a home. Filed forms with the town, dealt with the homeowners association, replaced the batteries in the fire alarms, etc. They just don’t get any better than Pat.

Linda is a very reliable and dedicated agent. She handled all aspects of our sale with a high degree of professionalism and concern for our wishes as clients while making sure the property was priced well, staged well, advertised widely, and all details were followed up appropriately. Linda has integrity and can be trusted to work in her client's best interests.

Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.

Janice was extremely helpful. She was very professional, pleasant and patient with me. She emailed me almost every day showing the homes for sale in my area which was very helpful. She handled everything that was involved with the sale of my house including the home inspection and the township requirements. She responded immediately to my phone calls and answered every question I had.
