Sahir Kazmi was very involved in selling my Georgetown of Atlanta Townhome in January 2025. I hired him in August 2024 when the housing market was softening, and becoming difficult for home sellers to get top dollar. He actively managed selling my property for just over 4 months, and kept me informed every step of the way. Within 2 months I had a buyer under contract, but unfortunately we found out the buyer had a bad credit score, and couldn't qualify for the mortgage.
