Renee was quick to get us into houses to tour them. She was knowledgeable and helpful while touring. She would get to the AC and water heater to check how old they were. She would point out problems with the house. She would point out cool things about the house or tell us what things were if we didn’t know what they were. When it came time to put in offers and negotiate, she laid out all the info and didn’t sway us any way in how we should respond.
