It was hard saying good-bye to our home of 25 years where we had raised our kids. Sally understood that this wasn't just a business deal for us and was patient and supportive when we got a little emotional about letting go. It was the first time we'd ever sold a house, and only our second real estate transaction. Sally was excellent at guiding us through the process, suggesting updates that would increase the home's value, counseling us as we went through negotiations, and making sure we were getting through due diligence as painlessly as possible. Her knowledge of the community helped when we needed contractors and in understanding how best to market our home. We were pleased with the final results, and were grateful to work with someone as knowledgeable, professional, and personable as Sally.
