Best real estate agent!

We’re very pleased with how Glenn helped us to sell our Brentwood rental property. We live out of the area, so he worked with our tenants to help them to find a new home & move. Then he coordinated preparing the home for sale, including some minor repairs, cleaning, yardwork, etc. Once it was ready, he staged it beautifully. He then took great pictures of our home and marketed it wonderfully. He created a virtual tour, custom flier and posted feature tags around the home. His marketing promoted both the home and the benefits of living in Rose Garden. Glenn provided detailed market data to determine the best listing price. We had multiple offers in less than a week. We negotiated and accepted an offer over listing price. Unfortunately, that buyer had problems getting financing to purchase the home and was not able to complete the purchase. Because of the way Glenn managed the transaction, we were permitted to keep some of the buyer’s deposit. Glenn sold the house, twice, and ended up getting us top dollar for it. He never stopped working in our best interest. What could have been a very stressful sale, was made far less so because Glenn kept us up to date at every step, even when things were not going well. The issues that came up were in no way caused by Glenn. He had a straight forward (with a side of humor) manner of dealing with the sale of our home. We trust his judgment & professionalism and we’ll definitely use him again when we buy or sell again in his area.
