I had the most amazing realtor, Lea Catalina of RealtyOneGroup, San Ramon. Lea made selling my house easy. Going through the process was smooth and everything explained as I needed. Her communication style of honesty and solution based ideas was forefront in her approach. Being quick and on time, she negotiated a bidding war which resulted in a sale well above my selling price. She checked on my home when I was absent and even helped trim some overgrown bushes. Now that is above and beyond any service I had expected! She even included a handy floor plan, giving buyers a look into the home before actually seeing it. Thank you Lea, I highly recommend you.
