For over two years, we patiently explored different neighborhoods and home options until we finally found the right one for our family. We are very grateful for all the help and guidance Victoria provided throughout our home-buying journey. We were very focused on finding the right layout, proportions, and neighborhood for our forever home. When this home became available, Victoria moved quickly and guided us through the entire process with strong communication, thoughtful strategy, and negotiation skills that helped us successfully secure the home in a competitive situation. What we especially appreciate is her continued support even after closing. She generously shared many helpful resources and recommendations for renovations, contractors, paint selections, lighting, and landscaping ideas, which made the transition into our new home much easier and less stressful. Our family truly appreciates all of her assistance, and we are excited to finally move into our forever home.

Azadeh helped us get our first house, a huge milestone for us! Getting a house in the Bay Arwa is nuts in any case but when it’s your first home, you really need someone who “knows the drill” and can walk the line between your goals and the reality of the moment. Azadeh did this and we were confident we put our best foot forward, even in the houses that we didn’t get. When we reflect our house, it feels like the house we always were meant to get, not in a “destiny/universe” kind of way (not that there’s anything wrong with that), but the house we missed on were because we didn’t stretch into something we couldn’t afford, or if we could afford it and didn’t, it’s because it wasn’t the house we wanted to invest in. We couldn’t be more confident that we have the exact house at the exact valuation for us, and we believe that Azadeh’s experience in East Bay real estate is what got us there. Seeing how elated she was when we got our house confirmed that she was in it for the right reasons with us.

As soon as I was ready to buy, he worked with me and my loan agent every step of the way. He made sure I was protected as the buyer and that I got a fair price. I would recommend him. And I would have him help me buy or sell again when I'm ready to do the process again.

I've known Bonne for almost 20 years. She helped me with the previous purchase of a home in Danville and was professional and responsive every step of the process. Bonne remains consistently professional and always makes herself available even after hours. Her knowledge of the market in Diablo Valley was critical for our recent purchase. She always listens to our concerns and offers her unbiased and professional opinion based on her extensive real estate knowledge. Most recently, we were selling a home in Silicon Valley while trying to purchase a home in Alamo. The transaction was complicated and daunting to say the least. Yet Bonne was always patient answering our questions and addressing our concerns. When my husband I knew that we wanted to relocate to Diablo Valley a few years ago, we knew that we wanted to work with Bonne and only Bonne. She never hesitated to show us property knowing that we were a couple of years out from making the final decision. Her patience and knowledge gave us the confidence that we would find our retirement home in Alamo.
