We were in the market for a investment property to buy and rent out. We approached Meera having known absolutely nothing about being landlords or financing investment properties! She went through our options and prices ranges both within the Bay Area and outside, and even offered to put us in touch with experts if we were looking outside the state! As you can imagine, it took us a while to figure out where we wanted to buy and what kind of property we wanted to buy to rent out. No matter what questions we had, she was only a text message or a call away. Throughout this process of our discovery, Meera was with us every step of the way. From showing houses, condos and townhomes in our price range to getting on the waiting lists of many of the new constructions in the outskirts of the bay area and beyond. Whether it was a few minutes away or a few hours, she always found time out of her busy schedule to be with us, give her valuable insights, absolutely not push us into anything but being honest about what she thought. She kept us grounded to our goals. Apart from her work ethics and commitment to her clients, she was so easy to get along with and would always go the extra mile to make sure we were completely satisfied with the answers we needed. Her experience in the field was invaluable to us. Result of all this? We are successful first time landlords owning a beautiful property in the Bay Area!
