Lois Brookes is an absolutely amazing realtor. She helped us buy a mid-1700’s home in Connecticut, sight unseen from Washington State. She walked us through each step of the way from showing us the home more than once. She negotiated with the seller and when our initial loan fell through, she referred us to another lender.
