Greg was a complete professional, responsive, and effective! We had a long journey finding the right home, with some bumps and false starts along the way. He remained patient, calm, and in constant communication the entire journey. He provided guidance to get my offer accepted in this competitive market, and advocated for me when seller-delays would arise. His experience and expertise made the process as smooth as possible, and he took the time to understand what I was really looking for. I’m now enjoying my new home, thanks the Greg! He was also helpful and effective in selling my previous home. Highly recommend!

Nelson helped my 91 year old mother sell her forever home. He was very patient, understanding and supportive with the way he explained the entire process to her (and to us!). We were able to set a competitive price and we were extremely happy with the result of the sale. Cudos to Nelson for doing such a great job!

Nelson was a suggested to me, so he came highly regarded! When I met Nelson, I was beginning the process to cancel my Listing with existing Agent. We originally met to feel each other out & strategize. After talking with Nelson, I found that we were on the "same page"! I appreciated the Common Sense approach to selling my House...
