Lois Brookes is an absolutely amazing realtor. She helped us buy a mid-1700’s home in Connecticut, sight unseen from Washington State. She walked us through each step of the way from showing us the home more than once. She negotiated with the seller and when our initial loan fell through, she referred us to another lender. She continued to negotiate with the seller on our behalf, and she referred us to a reputable home inspector. She also connected us to an attorney, and we closed from Washington State. She kept eye on the house until we arrived in CT. She met us at our home and introduced us to the contractor who would do ongoing work on the house. To put it simply, she went above and beyond what we expected of a realtor. We would not have purchased our home if not for her diligent and expert guidance.
