What made Lois standout and automatically fall in love with her , is the fact that she was so knowledgeable about the structure of the houses and she didn’t allow me to settle for anything. She worked in the best interest of my family. She obviously negotiated very well for me that the previous owner left notes for my fiancé because Lois told her he is very hands on . Lois Brookes is an absolutely amazing realtor. She helped us buy a mid-1700’s home in Connecticut, sight unseen from Washington State. She walked us through each step of the way from showing us the home more than once. She negotiated with the seller and when our initial loan fell through, she referred us to another lender. She continued to negotiate with the seller on our behalf, and she referred us to a reputable home inspector. She also connected us to an attorney, and we closed from Washington State. She kept eye on the house until we arrived in CT. She met us at our home and introduced us to the contractor who would do ongoing work on the house.
