55+ HOA’S CAN BE TRICKY but Stacey took it upon herself to talk with the President of the HOA numerous times. She found out about the by-laws, which is so important when purchasing a condo. She didn’t take the selling agents word for it but found out for herself and us. Stacey also was in touch with the Management Company and attorney’s about matters relating to our potential purchase. She goes above and beyond, to say the least!!! We really couldn’t believe all the things she was able to find out for us. Stacey and Agora Homes made sure that we were making the right choice for “us.” Honestly no real estate agent goes to these lengths for their client. Questions or emotions are not off limits to her. She knows the right things to say and do. Great communication skills all around with her. We got the condo of our dreams!!!!
