Elisa was a great and efficient realtor. Before her, I was looking for a house for about two years but since the second we started working together she was on it, she sent me multiple houses per week to take a look and we went to view multiple houses as well. After finding the house I like, she was there with me every step of the way until closing. I am forever grateful to have worked with her. She's an amazing person and realtor and she will do everything in her power to help you find your new home, she goes above and beyond for her clients and I really loved working with her.

We have worked with Elisa Russo twice. Once when my family sold our childhood home and once when my husband and I purchased our forever home; both extremely emotional transactions. Elisa is extremely knowledgeable in real time. Ask her a question and she knows it. She knows a lot about the areas and really hones in on what you are looking for. She truly listens, but that is not why we chose her twice. Facts are facts. Knowledge is knowledge. If you've been in the business a long time, you know things. That's great. Where Elisa shines is the human factor and the work ethic that she brings to the table. She works tirelessly for you. Always going above and beyond so you don't have to. Not only is she a work horse, she's steadfast and brings a calm energy to the party. But don't mistake her gentleness for weakness. I've watched her diplomatically fight for us when she felt the other side lost their moral compass. In today's world of spinning ipads that "gently suggests" you tip for service that doesn't justify the tip, she earns every cent of that percentage. I have never seen someone more deserving of it. She is our real estate agent for the rest of time.
