I had a excellent experience with Biance. She came in with knowledge and drive without making me feel pressured at all. She knew what she was talking about. Explained all aspects of what I would be going thru. Made clear and convenient appointments and sold my home in te first 2 days. When I had questions, which I have MANY she answered promptly and if she wasn't 100% she got back to me within an hour or less. I never felt I was pushed off or unavailable to her.
