⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Big shout-out to my realtor, Ken Demirs, who recently sold my property in Marlborough Connecticut. Ken is extremely transparent, always answers the phone or returns calls quickly, and has wonderful communication skills. He is straight-out professional from start to finish. This is the second deal I’ve done with Ken in the last 10 years, and once again I couldn’t be happier. I’m extremely satisfied with the entire experience and would highly recommend Ken for any of your real estate needs.

Taylor was an excellent real estate agent. She showed me several condos and helped me find the perfect one. Taylor took me through the process and identified all issues which could arise depending on which loan I was able to secure. Once the bid was submitted and accepted, Taylor continued to assist and kept me on task with any action items. As Taylor was representing me as the buyer, the seller’s agent was not responsive and Taylor went above and beyond to ensure everything stayed on track. She made a difficult task much easier by always responding immediately to any questions or issues as they arose. Taylor did an excellent job and I would recommend her and use her again for any future purchases.

She was honest in her opinions on homes which was something very important to us as we were moving from out of state.
