Taylor was an excellent real estate agent. She showed me several condos and helped me find the perfect one. Taylor took me through the process and identified all issues which could arise depending on which loan I was able to secure. Once the bid was submitted and accepted, Taylor continued to assist and kept me on task with any action items. As Taylor was representing me as the buyer, the seller’s agent was not responsive and Taylor went above and beyond to ensure everything stayed on track. She made a difficult task much easier by always responding immediately to any questions or issues as they arose. Taylor did an excellent job and I would recommend her and use her again for any future purchases.

Not sure if I can put together a review that adequately describes the incredible experience I had working with Taylor. I was fortunate to work with her on both the buyer and seller side and can confidently say she is top notch. On the buyer side, Taylor collaborated with the lender to quickly put together the best offer to get us to the top of 27 others! The selling agent said she did an incredible job and "negotiated this exactly how she needed to to get you this house". The selling side was met with every challenge, delay, and complexity that one could possibly encounter when selling a home and Taylor was one step ahead of everyone throughout the entire process. She was professional while demanding answers from the buyers' side and was able to thoroughly articulate the pros and cons of every decision that needed to be made. She communicated every step of the way and consistently made sure all parties were properly informed and single handedly kept the deal together- while keeping me calm throughout the process. Taylor is a gem and I will recommend her to anyone I know looking to buy and/or sell.

Buying a house in the current market is like a competitive sport. Things move at a dizzying speed and you have to move quickly, decide quickly, and act decisively. It was dizzying, intimidating, and at times demoralizing. Taylor was the guide we needed to get us through it. She was super responsive, answering questions and getting us in to view houses quickly. She gave expert guidance on asking prices and what houses were likely to sell for (all going over asking price in this market). She took the time to understand our requirements and preferences and helped us avoid our tendency to overfocus on one positive feature. She was patient, helping us to be patient as well, assuring us we'd find the ideal house, never making us feel pressured or rushed. It really felt like we were a team. When we finally found THE ONE, she had the insights that helped us strategize an offer that would maximize our chance of being competitive without being overly aggressive. The bid deadline for our house was just a few days after it listed and there were 80+ showings and 28 bids, so we had very little time to learn foreign concepts like contingencies and appraisal gaps. Taylor helped us formulate the perfect offer and I am sitting in our dream house writing this right now. Taylor was a delight to work with from start to finish, and I really don't think you could find a better agent.

Taylor provided us very helpful, friendly and professional advice during the entire sales (and searching) process. We were in no hurry to find the "right" house for us and Taylor was very patience and supportive during the process. Her recommendations for selling our house were spot on and led to a 3 day listing to offer accepted process.

Taylor is incredibly knowledgeable and resourceful and always took the time to understand my preferences and explain the ins and outs of the market. She was very patient with me (a FTHB), always supportive of my decisions and professionally offering guidance to help me make the best decision. Even when I landed on a new construction listing, she communicated regularly to make sure I had the support I needed. When things got a bit chaotic around closing, Taylor always kept her cool and knew what to do and who to contact to solve any and every problem! This was quite a stressful process for me but knowing Taylor had my back throughout every step made it so much more manageable.
