Lisa was very helpful throughout the whole process of our real estate transaction. and even after we closed, Lisa was not like all other real estate agents which does their part and after the transaction you never hear from them again. she always reached out to make sure we have the right tenant information in the building and she was just very helpful even until this day with anything we need regarding the property. I would definitely recommend Lisa to anyone that is trying to sell/ buy or is even looking to rent! she was overall very helpful with anything we needed and there wasn't any hesitation whatsoever.

Ivan was very patient through my whole entire process. He was very professional and organized. Any time we ran into trouble he was always there to answer any of my questions in a quick manner. He’s a very down to earth kinda person, you will click with him right away. He made this whole buying process a lot easier on me, I seriously couldn’t have done this with out him. Ivan is very intelligent, he answered A LOT of my questions through out this process. He is by far the best realtor I’ve ever met. I would recommend him to anyone. He gives a first class experience to everyone. I will be working with him again for sure.

We stumbled upon Marianne when we wanted to see a house she had listed. And the rest is history. Her enthusiasm and perseverance never waned during our 9-month long house hunt that included many near-buys that went south in different, heart breaking ways. She picked us back up each and every time and helped us find what we now hope is our forever home. Marianne's market and deal structure knowledge, coupled with her veracious advocacy, helped us close a deal that many would have given up on. And we found a lifelong friend in the process! We highly recommend working with Marianne (and the family to whom we referred her was also extremely happy!).
