I recently purchased a proprety with Bogdan Stefanide as my agent and I would like to thank him for the dedication, knowledge and level of communication he has exemplified over the entire course of the process. The entire experience truly felt like we were part of the same team working to achieve the common goal of finding a proprety which displayed the characteristics i was seeking. Bogdan's ability of meeting and exceeding my expectations was even more remarkable as the search and ultimatelly the transaction took place in a very difficult full pandemic environment and in a clearly seller's market. Lisa was very helpful throughout the whole process of our real estate transaction. and even after we closed, Lisa was not like all other real estate agents which does their part and after the transaction you never hear from them again. she always reached out to make sure we have the right tenant information in the building and she was just very helpful even until this day with anything we need regarding the property.
