Ivan was very patient through my whole entire process. He was very professional and organized. Any time we ran into trouble he was always there to answer any of my questions in a quick manner. He’s a very down to earth kinda person, you will click with him right away. He made this whole buying process a lot easier on me, I seriously couldn’t have done this with out him. From the get-go Ivan was amazing in our transaction. He wanted to act quickly in order to have our property out in the market. In a matter of a week, we had some minor sprucing up done, photos taken and a great blurb on the ROVI website advertising our property.
