Ellen Zern was a fantastic Real Estate Agent. She listened to what I was looking for and went one step further. I was looking for a small rental but she was able to find a condo for purchase at a below market price. I fell in love with the surroundings immediately. She suggested a price offer based on the work that needed to be done on the unit. The deal went through within a day. I am also in love with the idea that it leaves a lot of room "to make it mine".

He gave us all the knowledge we needed to buy our first home, from the moment we met him he made us feel at ease and literally didn't stop working until we had signed contracts.
