Sharon was a former 5th grade student of mine and we have kept in touch all these years. When we decided to sell our 10 room home and downsize to a condo, she was the first person I thought to call. Sharon is dynamic, a go getter and pushed herself hard to help us make this sale happen. She priced our house correctly and we actually got more than the asking price in 3 days. On the other end, she showed me the condo I wanted, took us to a few more in the same complex and completed the deal on the first one. We recently listed our home in Wallingford ct with Sharon Tudino and with her skills from getting professional pictures for the listing as well as the written details about the home she presented the best possible impression to potential buyers. All through the process anytime we had concerns or questions she answered the phone always. Nothing is more annoying than trying to get a realtor and it always goes to voicemail and a long wait to speak to the realtor. Never a problem with Sharon ,she is right there.
