Ellen Zern

Ellen Zern was a fantastic Real Estate Agent. She listened to what I was looking for and went one step further. I was looking for a small rental but she was able to find a condo for purchase at a below market price. I fell in love with the surroundings immediately. She suggested a price offer based on the work that needed to be done on the unit. The deal went through within a day. I am also in love with the idea that it leaves a lot of room "to make it mine".

Market Knowledge, Being from out of state Ellen was gentle even if I asked the same questions over and over, she knew I was not aware of Connecticut laws and she is sharp as a tack took me thru closing, lawyers whatever I needed. Anyone would be in the right hands IF they are as lucky as I was and probably will always be having Ellen Zern as your Agent who also will be a friend, she will lead you in the right direction and you will be Happy she was Your Agent.
